Working with your staff I will comprehensively review all medical records and files, staff schedules, nursing documentation, depositions, statements, medicine administration records and interdisciplinary care plans to determine if regulatory standards were met, standard of care was competently applied, and care was delivered appropriately in a fair and balanced manner.

I will quickly be able to determine if provided records are available and if care and services have been rendered in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations governing the operation of tertiary care hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, independent living, day care and home health care to a reasonable degree of certainty.

My opinions can be communicated either verbally or in a report format and will cite specific regulatory compliance or non-compliance, detail exposure, and evaluate compliance of service delivery against pragmatic operation, standard of care, and routine nursing practices using evidence-based research.

I will also detail cause and effect of practices, which could have been avoided or may have contributed to any negative outcomes. Conversely, should I find care rendered to have been appropriate and within normal and expected standards of care, outcomes which can be predicted in the normal progression of the disease or aging process will be detailed.
